This was a promo reel for other Viewmaster sets. To me, as a young child, it was a glimpse of all the places and things out in the world I wanted to spend my life exploring.

I loved anything to do with ocean exploration - 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Jacques Cousteau, sharks, coral reefs, treasure. This slide captivated me.

Part of a Liberal Arts curriculum is physical science. I always chose astronomy and cosmology to fulfill those requirements and I was fascinated by every minute of it.
